If you do not intend to pay, do not bid.
In person buyers premium is 10% up to $5000 then 5% after the first $5000 per item.
ONLINE Buyers premium is 12% on each item.
PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUCTION ENDING. INCLUDING WIRES.
Auction will accept cash, bank wires, checks (with bank letter of guarantee) and card payments for payments UNDER $1000. Cards are subject to a 4% processing fee.
ALL AUCTION ITEMS WILL BE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, NO REFUNDS. WHEN THE AUCTIONEER SAYS SOLD THE HIGHEST BIDDER IS THE WINNER OF THE ITEM.
PICK UP IS MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM. LAST DAY TO PICK UP IS MARCH 20, 2026. If items are not picked up within 30 days after auction is completed, items will be forfeited to H3 Auctions.
