All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not picked up by 3:00pm on Wednesday May 27th will be forfeited, and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyer will need to bring a copy of their paid invoice or receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. Before firing, it is the BUYERS responsibility to have purchased firearms inspected by a gunsmith. Buyer agrees to hold Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. harmless for any claim, injury or malfunction. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of firearms to anyone we deem necessary, for any reason. Items not picked up or transferred to an FFL dealer within 14 days after the close of the auction are subject to forfeiture. *Onsite Pickup: Winning bidders of all firearms MUST pass a TICS background check before the transfer can be completed. You MUST present a valid, government issued ID and proof of residence. The cost of the transaction, passed or denied, is $10 per gun, payable in CASH at the time of the background check. If the transaction is denied, an appeal from the buyer may be filed with TBI. The person registered to bid in the auction MUST be the purchaser.
