Terms of Sale Harris Estate Services, LLC - Terms & Conditions - Timed Online Auctions 1. GENERAL --- It is the bidder's responsibility to evaluate all aspects of authenticity, originality, condition and imperfections before bidding. Although we make every effort to describe all items accurately, Harris Estate Services, LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in description, genuineness or authenticity, and fault or defect in any property. All property is sold as shown, described and “as-is” --- No warranties or representations whatsoever are given by Harris Estate Services, LLC to any buyer in respect to any property. --- Harris Estate Services reserves the right to add or delete lots throughout the auction. --- Harris Estate Services reserves the right to decline bidding registration to any person or entity. --- Disputes are heard in Greenville County, South Carolina. 2. PREVIEW --- No general preview will be held for this particular auction event. --- You may contact us at 864-238-2942 or via e-mail at harrisestateservices@gmail.com to ask for a condition report for any lot or for a special preview of an important item(s). 3. BUYER'S PREMIUM --- Unless otherwise noted in a particular lot's description, a buyer's premium of 15% shall be added to each sold lot's winning bid hammer price. 4. AUCTION RESERVES --- Whether on not a reserve price is indicated for the lot, all lots are offered with reserve and auctioneer may withdraw any lot at any time until the lot is sold. --- The auctioneer may advance bidding. 5. INTERNET BIDDING --- Harris Estate Services LLC is not responsible for internet connection problems or auction platform (Proxibid or LiveAuctioneers) issues that cause missed bids. Bidders who desire to make certain their bid is accepted should use the maximum bid feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction ends. --- Bids placed within the last few minutes of bidding will reset the remaining bidding time several minutes just for that lot being bid on. 6. WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION ---The bidder submitting the highest bid shall be the winning bidder and will be notified by email. ---The record of sale, as kept by the auctioneer, will be taken as absolute and final. 7. FORMS of PAYMENT --- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express , and cash money are accepted. Unless another payment method has already been approved by Harris Estate Services, a bank wire transfer is required for payments of $2,000 or more. --- Checks, money orders, Paypal, Venmo or other forms of payment will not be accepted without prior approval by Harris Estate Services, LLC in writing at least two (2) days before the auction event ends. SALES TAX --- Sales tax will be automatically determined and calculated at the time of invoicing based on a variety of factors including: State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, ship to/from addresses and category of item purchased. --- Bidders with a resale tax number must register that number with the auction platform (Proxibid or LiveAuctioneeers) in order to have sales tax removed from the invoice. 9. AUCTION CHECKOUT --- Winning bidder will receive a detailed and itemized invoice by email soon after the auction closes. --- ARE YOU PAYING WITH CARD? If you are, please use the checkout feature associated with the invoice to make payment. You are responsible for paying any card processing fees charged by the auction platform (Proxibid or LiveAuctioneers). PLEASE make the payment at least 24 hours before the pickup time. Your PAID property should be picked up at 921 Tanner Rd., Taylors, SC., 29687 on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 between 3-5 PM. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS AT PICKUP. If your card payment has not cleared the card processor by the pick up time, we may not be able to release the unpaid property to you. If you must pick up your property after the scheduled paid property pickup time you may incur additional charges. --- ARE YOU PAYING WITH CASH AT PICKUP? If you are, PLEASE provide name or paddle number and message “PAYING CASH AT PICKUP” to Harris Estate Services by text message at 864-238-2942 before 10 am on Monday, November 24, 2025. Pickup will be at 921 Tanner Rd., Taylors, SC 29687 on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 between 3-5 PM. If you must pick up your property after the scheduled paid property pickup time you may incur additional charges. --- IS YOUR INVOICE TOTAL FOR $2,000 OR MORE? If it is, you will be required to make a wire transfer payment unless another payment method has already been approved by Harris Estate Services. We will contact you by phone and by email to arrange for wire transfer and pickup day/time. --- FOR PROXIBID BIDDERS: If you have not notified us by 10 am on Monday, November 23, 2025 that you intend to make a cash payment, then we will assume you want us to charge your card on file and we will do so. 10. NEED FOR TIMELY PAYMENT --- Property not paid for within 72 hours of auction close (hammer dropped=property sold) shall be deemed “unpaid property” and, in that case, winning bidder forfeits the unpaid property. 11. PAID PROPERTY PICKUP --- Winning bidder is responsible for packing supplies and for packing and loading all property won. --- Winning bidder is responsible for providing suitable help to move and load heavy, bulky items of property won. --- Harris Estate Services LLC is not responsible for damage that may occur to buyer's property at pick up. 12. SHIPPING --- We will coordinate shipping for you once the invoice for auction lots won is fully paid. You will make a separate payment for shipping AFTER full payment is made for your auction lots won. --- We attempt to provide reasonable shipping costs and will contact you with your shipping & insurance quote before your property is shipped. --- Generally shipping takes 6-7 business days AFTER payment for auction lots won has cleared, but shipping time may vary based on the type and number of items. --- Property identified as "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY" in the description will not be shipped and must be picked up at the pickup location, date, and time specified. --- Although we are happy to help arrange shipping through our shipper, the winning bidder may instead arrange their own shipping for any lot(s) won. In that case, the bidder must arrange to have their shipper pick the property up during the PAID PROPERTY PICKUP period given in the auction listing and complete all packing of the property. Additional charges may apply if that schedule is not met. 13. REMOVAL of PROPERTY ---Unless other arrangements are made with Harris Estate Services beforehand, paid property must be removed from the sale premises no later than 72 hours following the close of the auction event Property not removed shall be deemed abandoned by winning bidder and winning bidder forfeits any right to the property. ---Harris Estate Services, LLC shall have no liability for any damage or loss to property left on the sale premises for more than 72 hours following the close of the auction event. 14. AGREEMENT TO TERMS of SALE and CONDITIONS of Auction Event --- Your bidding at this Auction event indicates that you have read and accept these Terms of Sale and Conditions of this Auction Event.
