TITLE POLICY: There is a $35.00 handling charge per titled vehicle and/or trailer on all titled items. When filling out the title information ---- make sure your name and address are correct at that time. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CORRECT ANY ASSIGNING MISTAKES! ALL TITLES (as settled upon) will be certified mailed AFTER 10 banking days! We wish to thank all purchasers for their cooperation. NOTICE TO TITLED VEHICLE BUYERS-If Auction Company has not been notified as to how the titles are to be filled out within two (2) weeks after the auction, the titles will be filled out exactly how the purchaser was registered in the auction. No changes to the title can be made after the title is filled out.

Once the Bidder is successful on the item, the items become the responsibility of the Bidder. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed only on presentation of paid bill. NO REMOVAL UNTIL PAID IN FULL!!! JE Summers Auction Service LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to any items. The auction company will, at the sole risk of the buyer, assist in loading out non-rolling stock, provided such equipment can be safely lifted by our forklifts. Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a POTENTIALLY dangerous place. Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances are present, heavy equipment is being operated, and electric circuits may be live. Every person at the auction site at any time shall be at their own risk, with notice of the condition of the premises and the activities thereon and Bidder shall advise his agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against auctioneers, their agents, employees, auction venue, or principals for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. EXPORTERS will pay sales tax on purchases-if you take possession of the purchases in the United States. In order not to pay sales tax the following is required: Bill of Lading or Dock Receipt.
Items must be removed/picked up from auction site within 7 days of sale. After 7 days, a $25.00 a day, storage fee will be applied to each item. After 45 days, the item is considered abandoned and forfeited. JE Summers Auction Service LLC reserves the right to resell with NO compensation or reimbursement to the buyer.
