All items are sold as is, where is, without any warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS 2. All announcements, via verbal or posted signage made on auction day supersede all past announcements and listings. 3. Catalog descriptions are for informational purposes only and are not binding. Auctioneer makes no guarantee that any items sold conform to any/all safety standards, or are of an age, make, model or condition as listed in our catalog. NCA does not functionally test equipment listed and it is the sole responsibility of the bidder to make their own assessment of the item condition and suitability for use. All bidders should perform their own research and efforts of diligence and bid accordingly. If you are uncertain about any specific item, we strongly encourage you not to bid. 4. Ownership of any item is deemed to transfer to the highest bidder at the moment the auctioneer declares the item "sold" regardless of whether payment has been completed. From that point forward, the winning bidder assumes full responsibility for the item, including all risks of loss, theft, damage, or liability. North Country Auctions shall not be held liable for any issues arising after the item has been declared sold. 5. Should any disputes arise between one or more bidders, the auctioneer reserves the sole opinion to sell the item to the highest bidder. Furthermore, the auctioneer reserves the right to put the item up for sale again. 6. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bids for any reason at any time. 7. All invoices must be paid in full within 5 banking days. Any unpaid invoice that exceeds past 5 banking days may result in collection procedures. See sections 12 and 13. 8. NO PURCHASES MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION SITE UNTIL THE INVOICE AND ANY STORAGE FEES ACCRUED (IF APPLICABLE, SEE SECTION 12 & 13) ARE PAID IN FULL AND VERIFIED. NO EXCEPTIONS. 9. Titles will be processed and mailed out via certified USPS, FedEx or UPS within 4 weeks of auction sale date. No titles will be given out on the day of an auction. You will be contacted by NCA staff to confirm title/registration information. Titles will be completed in full to the registered buyer only. There will be no exceptions to this. 10. Please note that all bidders are responsible for researching title information, title history and resale procedures for their residency state prior to bidding. North Country Auctions is not responsible for retitling or obtaining further title or registration information other than what was provided to North Country Auctions prior to/during the present sale/auction. North Country Auctions make no representations regarding title status or history. 11. All non-registerable items sold will be subject to the state tax rate of the auction location unless a tax exemption form is provided. 12. All purchases must be picked up and removed within 10 days. NO EXCEPTIONS. 13. Any item remaining after 10 days will be charged a $50 storage fee per lot, per day, until removed. If not removed in 30 days, said item will become the property of the auction house, NCA LLC, regardless of if paid in full. 14. North Country Auctions is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, and their representatives and further agree to hold North Country Auctions harmless from any personal injury to themselves, their property or agents attending the auction with registrant. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or adult and are under the responsibility of said adult. 15. North Country Auctions is exempt from any liability connected with the transport and removal of purchases and future uses of equipment purchased on the auction's sale date. 16. NORTH COUNTRY AUCTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. 17. North Country Auctions will provide loading assistance, when available as a courtesy and at the bidders own risk. No purchase will be loaded without a paid and verified receipt for items and any storage fees if applicable. Loading equipment is not guaranteed to be on site. Confirm w/NCA prior to pick up. 18. North Country Auctions is not liable for any damage loaded under direction of the bidder or transporter or agent thereof.
