Everything is Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyers are responsible for purchases when the auctioneer says "SOLD". The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. All sales are Final. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK (OVER 2,500 NEEDS A BANK LETTER) WIRE TRANFER, MAJOR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD (3% FEE APPLIES) IF YOU DO NOT PAY WITHIN 5 DAYS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION THERE WILL BE A 2% FEE PER DAY LATE FEE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. THIS IS NOT PERMISSION TO WAIT 5 DAYS TO PAY. INVOICE IS STILL DUE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.
