Removal:
Monday May 6 to Friday May 17 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays Closed. Priors arrangement should be made. Purchases funds must clear our bank prior to item(s) removal. Must have a copy of the paid invoice. Limited Loading assistance is available. Loading and transportation are the buyer’s responsibility. If an item is not removed after May 17 we will charge a Storage fee $10 USD a day. Items remaining after 25 days of auction close, will be deemed abandoned and will be re-sold, no exceptions.
There will be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied statutory or otherwise of any nature whatsoever. Each and every lot will be sold “as is” “where is”. Bruce Hill LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Bruce Hill LLC is providing Internet pre-bidding by proxy as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bruce Hill LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the online auction.
