AUCTION UPDATES - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BIDDING

WE WILL BE ADDING ITEMS TO THE CATALOG DAILY.  CHECK BACK REGULARLY TO SEE THE UPDATED ITEMS!

ITEM PICK UP INFORMATION: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
SMALLS ONLY: April 20th - 21st from 12:00PM - 6:00PM
LARGE ITEMS & RIGGING: April 22nd-23rd from 12:00PM - 6:00 PM

A sign up link will be sent to you at auction conclusion. Use that link to schedule how you intend to pick your items up (Small Items, Big Items, Rigger Assist or UPS) and include your Name & Bidder ID.
If you have large items, you will be able to pick your small items up on the same day you schedule (April 22nd - 23rd).


If you have additional questions regarding your appointment or need additional time, please TEXT 440-305-4463 when the auction closes. All people involved in picking items up are expected to wear a mask while in the home or on the grounds of the auction site.

PLEASE NOTE: Most of the machinery and tool items are in the basement on site. Please consider this prior to bidding and make the necessary arrangements in advance to have them removed on time.

Item pick up dates are strict. We will not have access to the building long after auction closing so we cannot make provisions or extend times for item pick up. Please consider this prior to bidding.  

All items not picked up by April 25th will be considered abandoned if you do not coordinate arrangements with the auction coordinator before April 24th. 

All auction lots are "as is." Most items are in excellent condition. We have done our best to add additional details if there are any issues or flaws. It is the bidders responsibility to read descriptions and preview pictures prior to placing a bid. Therefore, LOOK CAREFULLY at pictures and check out links for additional information. The links provided may be a similar item if not identical. If you have questions about items, please ask questions PRIOR to bidding. We will do our best to answer your questions so you can make an educated purchase.

The order of the items in the catalog may change as we get closer to the auction close date. Using the "SEARCH CATALOG" feature at the top of the page & the "WATCH THIS ITEM" feature available on each lot can help to keep track of the lots you are interested in bidding on.

Payment

Purchases made under $2,500 will be automatically charged to the card on file with Proxibid. Payments over $2500 must bring a cashiers check or cash to the auction pickup. RCI is not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced items or accidents. Everything sold AS-IS, WHERE- IS, and with all faults without any warranties expressed or implied. Although obtained from sources deemed reliable, the Auctioneer makes no warrantees or guarantees as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the items in which they intend to bid prior to sales. Absolutely no items will be removed until auction is completed. Subject to additions, deletions, prior sale and confirmation. ALL PURCHASES MADE BE PAID IN FULL ON DAY OF SALE. Buyer Registration is to be completed in full online with a valid Credit Card. A 25% cash deposit via wire transfer may be required if you are not known to the Auction Firm. Failure to make the required deposit may result in cancellation of bidding privileges. Your invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the auction. In default of payment of invoices in full within the stated time, Rosen & Co., Inc/Buddy Barton Auctions and Auctioneer may retain all funds received as deposit as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for or removed within the time allowed may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiencies and other expenses of resale will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. The equipment must be removed by authorized riggers and contractors only. Riggers must present Rosen/Buddy Barton with a valid commercial general liability insurance certificate in a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 combined single limit per occurrence naming Rosen & Co., Inc./Buddy Barton Auctions as additional insured. Any hydraulic fluid removal and/or oil leaks are the undersigned`s responsibility to remove and clean up. The undersigned purchaser and/or rigger/contractor must take full responsibility for compliance with applicable environmental laws and exercise all reasonable care to ensure that there is no release to the environment or any hazardous wastes or substances as defined in applicable Federal, State, and Local Statues, Regulations, Rules, or Ordinances.
