Property to be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title from the Special Commissioner or County of Giles as applicable, subject to current real estate taxes, which will be prorated to the date of sale. The sale of the properties is subject to confirmation by the Circuit Court of Giles County unless otherwise stated. Non-judicial sale properties do not require Court approval.
