Online Buyer's Fee - A 14% Buyer’s Fee will be charged on the first $3,000 of each item’s purchase price. An additional 7% Buyer’s Fee will apply to the remaining balance over $3,000 on each item.

Shipping & Responsibilities:
Blackmon Auctions does not package, palletize, or arrange shipment. All logistics and costs are the buyer's sole responsibility.
Pickup Requirements:
Invoice: Buyers must provide their driver or trucking company with the original invoice. Items will not be released without it.
Directions: Buyers are responsible for providing haulers with the pickup address and directions.

Removal: Items must be removed within 7 days of the auction's close.
Storage Fees: Charges begin on Day 15. Fees must be paid onsite before item release.
Abandonment: Items remaining after 45 days will be resold in future auctions.
Settlement: Accrued storage fees will be deducted from the resale price, and the remaining balance will be mailed to the original buyer.Preview Date & Times: Open for inspection Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

To be approved to bid: To all Bidders - Please note: We do not consider your Proxibid history—including time on the platform or previous purchases—for approval. Blackmon Auctions uses its own internal approval process and terms.
If you are a current and established Blackmon Auctions customer, simply register for the auction and send a quick email to doug@blackmonauctions.com. Include your Blackmon Buyer Number and/or the name you typically buy under.
If you are not an established Blackmon buyer, please be prepared to provide the following information:
A letter from your bank, including contact details for your banker
Your business address
Your company website
A business reference
A brief note about the item(s) and/or dollar amount you intend to bid on
Written acknowledgment that you understand and agree to the auction terms:
Payment must be made by wire transfer the day of or the day after the auction
All purchases must be removed within one week
Special approvals may require a 10% deposit submitted at least 48 hours before auction day.
