If your credit card is declined you will have until the following business day after the auction to make complete payment or we reserve the right to submit a non-paying bidder report to Proxibid. Winning bidder will be emailed their invoice at the end of auction noting items won and the full amount they have been charged. This amount does NOT include any additional costs for packing or shipping items.

PICK UP INFORMATION: December 8th 2020 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A sign up link will be sent to you at auction conclusion. Please use that link to schedule a pick up time and include your Name & Bidder ID. If you have additional questions regarding your appointment or need additional time, please text 440-305-4463 when the auction closes. All people involved in picking items up are expected to wear a mask while in the home or on the grounds of the auction site.
Buyer is responsible for safe and proper removal of their items. Assistance by the sellers or agents of Rosen & Company & Buddy Barton Auctions is not assured. Please come prepared with the necessary tools, packing materials, boxes, and additional help if needed. If you are unable to personally remove your items, please contact one of the riggers or shippers from the list below or make necessary arrangements.
Winning bidder may take no more than 1 foot of copper line or piping past each component when removing item(s) if applicable.

Purchases made under $2,500 will be automatically charged to the card on file with Proxibid. If you wish to make an alternative payment type, please email auctioncle@gmail.com AND PROVIDE YOUR PADDLE NUMBER FOR THE AUCTION prior to the start of the auction. All alternative payments must be approved by the auction company and be in writing. Otherwise, credit cards will be charged promptly after the auction.

A 25% cash deposit via wire transfer may be required if you are not known to the Auction Firm. Failure to make the required deposit may result in cancellation of bidding privileges. Your invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the auction.
In default of payment of invoices in full within the stated time, Rosen & Co., Inc/Buddy Barton Auctions and Auctioneer may retain all funds received as deposit as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for or removed within the time allowed may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiencies and other expenses of resale will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. The equipment must be removed by authorized riggers and contractors only. Riggers must present Rosen/Buddy Barton with a valid commercial general liability insurance certificate in a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 combined single limit per occurrence naming Rosen & Co., Inc./Buddy Barton Auctions as additional insured. Any hydraulic fluid removal and/or oil leaks are the undersigned`s responsibility to remove and clean up. The undersigned purchaser and/or rigger/contractor must take full responsibility for compliance with applicable environmental laws and exercise all reasonable care to ensure that there is no release to the environment or any hazardous wastes or substances as defined in applicable Federal, State, and Local Statues, Regulations, Rules, or Ordinances.
