This is an auction - if you have questions about anything in the auction, ask... BEFORE you place a bid. We have a lot of new buyers that may not understand auctions and we want everyone to have a pleasant buying experience. So remember:

NOTE: All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied. All sales final. If you register and obtain a bidding number you agree to ALL of the terms of the auction (located on the bidding page). You pay for shipping if not picking up.

Credit Cards: We ONLY receive the credit card information from the card you used to register for this auction! You may have multiple cards on file but Proxibid ONLY sends us the information from the card you registered with.

Pick up and/or Shipping: You will receive an automated message after the auction asking if you would like to have your items shipped or picked up. Once you select shipping or pick up you will be prompted towards shipping instructions or pick up location schedule calendar. Shipping cost is based on weight, dimensions, zip code, and if signature is required.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, cash and pre-approved checks only (Wire Transfer on a case by case basis). Due to increase in fraud activity, ALL SILVER $ GOLD PURCHASES MUST BE PAID BY CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK or WIRE TRANSFER prior to items being shipped - NO EXCEPTIONS! A 15% internet buyer?s premium will be charged on all lots. Local buyers picking up their items may pay in cash with correct amount including change if they contact Bid Y?all Auction Services prior to their credit card being charged. Bidders must contact Bid Y?all prior to Auction close to arrange payment in cash. Credit cards will be charged intermediately at the close the auction. Titled items will not transfer until payment is cleared and items are pick up by winning bidder. Titled items not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited and resold. Any item not picked up on designated pick-up day/time will incur a $10 per day storage fee. In no case will a refund or proceeds from resale of items not picked up within 30 days be awarded to prior bidder even if already paid for. ALL INVOICES TO BE CHARGED TO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE AT END OF AUCTION, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE W/ BID Y?ALL. ONCE CREDIT CARDS ARE CHARGED, BIDDERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REQUEST A CHARGE BACK TO FACILITATE A CASH SALE! Your credit card used upon registration will be automatically charged following the auction for your total bid price plus buyer's premium and any applicable taxes. Buyers will be charged a second time for any purchases that are shipped**. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. A 15% buyer?s premium will be charged to the credit card on file. All South Carolina residents will be charged sales tax on the total amount including buyer?s premium unless we have your tax number on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $10 processing fee to run another credit card - please make sure your card is valid before you register for this auction.

a fee ($25 'Local Pickup' / $5 Small Items) to be placed in storage. For any placed in storage, a $10 per day storage fee will be charged. All storage fees must be paid prior to pick up or shipping. Any item not picked up or shipping arraignments made by the buyer within 30 days of auction will be forfeited and sold or donated. 15. ALLOW 3/5 WEEKS FOR SHIPMENT. ANY CHANGES IN SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE IN WRITING BY EMAIL. If you DO NOT WANT IT SHIPPED and wish to forfeit your purchase YOU MUST EMAIL Sold@BidYall.com 16. For individual invoices under $1500, we accept major credit cards, wire transfer, cashiers checks and cash. Invoices over $1500 must be paid by cashier’s check, cash or wire transfer. A 15% buyer’s premium will be charged to all invoices. Local buyers may pay in cash with correct amount including change if they contact Bid Y’all Auction Services prior to their credit card being charged. Bidders must contact Bid Y’all prior to Auction close to arrange payment in cash. Due to an increase in fraudulent activity and non-paying bidders, any NEW CUSTOMER TO BID Y’ALL AUCTION SERVICES with an invoice over $1500 payment must pay with cash, wire transfer or certified cashiers check unless approved before close of auction. For any 1st time buyer invoices over $1500, items will not ship until funds clear our financial institution. This can take up to 14 business days or more. 17. Auctioneer, employees, family members and sellers will be allowed to bid in auctions with the intent to purchase items won during auction. In no case shall auctioneer, employees, family members or sellers be allowed to bid to only increase the bid amount.
