This affidavit takes 7-10 working days to process. If this affidavit is not approved and in place on sale day, buyers must pay full sales tax of 7%.
Out of state buyers who have purchases shipped out of state via a 3rd party carrier will be refunded any collected sales tax once we receive a copy of your bill of lading. All other buyers must pay 7% sales tax.
All purchases must be removed within 14 days of auction. Loadout will be available until Friday, 1/27 daily, 8am-5pm, then by appointment only. After 14 days, items may be removed to an off site location with hauling fees and a $25.00 per day storage fee assessed.
