Once your payment is received and clears our bank, you will be contacted to confirm your information regarding the title registration. Estimated time for titles arrival to buyer is 15 days. $25 title processing fee will be applied to all titled vehicles.

Rigging is the responsibility of the buyer. All contractual agreements are made between the buyer and a rigger. If you choose to rig your own equipment, it is required that you provide a $1 million certificate of liability insurance naming PJ Clark Lumber Company and GW Kittrell Auctions as the beneficiary. All buyers are responsible for any damage they do to their own equipment and to any damage that they may cause to anyone one else's equipment including buildings and property.
