******There are two different sales tax rates for this auction depending on the location of the item. Each item description has the pick-up location, pick-up dates and times, and the sales tax applicable to that item. Please read the descriptions carefully. An 18% buyer's premium applies to this auction. At the close of bidding, your credit card on file with Proxibid will be processed and you will be emailed a paid invoice. You will need to bring a copy of your paid invoice with you when picking up your items. NO ITEMS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A COPY OF A PAID INVOICE.

**Here are a few pointers to help your Proxibid experience work better for you.** The software works and looks best if you use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser. We recommend using a desktop/laptop during a live auction so your items update as quickly as possible. Bidding from a mobile device as the bidding ends is not recommended. The software has extended bidding. If someone bids on an item in the last seconds the closing time on that item, bidding will extend for 2 minutes. That will continue on that item until there is no activity for 2 minutes. If you are a new user or if you have a slower or unreliable internet connection, we recommend using the maximum bid feature. If you leave your maximum bid, the software will advance you as other people bid. If the bidding stops at an amount less than your maximum bid, then that is all you pay. Payment

Payment will be processed to the credit card on file with proxibid at the close of bidding and a paid invoice will be emailed. Please take this invoice with you when picking up your items. 18% buyers premium applies. Adjustments in sales tax will be made prior to your card being charged. Two different sales tax rates will apply depending on the location of the item. For the items located in Corcoran, 7.525% sales tax rate will apply. For the items located in St. Paul, 7.375% sales tax rate will apply.
