Payment Terms
The final balance for all purchases must be paid within 72 hours (3 days) of the auction's conclusion, including any cash payments. We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. Your final invoice will reflect the following:

We no longer offer in-house shipping services. However, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping provider. Upon request, we will gladly provide your selected shipping company with key details such as lot numbers, dimensions, weights, and available pickup dates/times to assist with coordination.
We do offer local delivery within Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on distance, number of items, and accessibility.
For pickups:
A forklift is available on-site, and we will assist with loading at no additional cost.

By placing a bid in this auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no guarantees or warranties regarding cosmetic condition or functionality.
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
You understand that you have the opportunity to personally inspect and preview items at our warehouse from the start of the auction until the day before the auction closes.
By bidding, you voluntarily waive your rights to dispute the transaction, including through credit card chargebacks.

Bidding is a Binding Contract:

Inspection Responsibility:
Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the preview period to personally inspect items prior to bidding. While we make every effort to provide as many photos as possible, you are always welcome to inspect the items during the scheduled preview period, which lasts for two weeks. It is the bidder’s responsibility to evaluate condition, age, completeness, and value. While we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos, these are for reference only and not guaranteed. All Points makes no claims or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any item’s condition or functionality.
Remote / Online Bidders:
Bidders who participate remotely acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect items in person. By bidding, you agree to accept the item(s) in their current condition and waive the right to any claims, disputes, or returns based on condition.
Credit Card Disputes:
Any attempt to reverse charges or dispute payment will be considered a violation of this agreement and may affect your ability to participate in future auctions.
This agreement may be used as confirmation to your card provider that you have contractually waived these rights by participating in this auction.
By bidding in this auction, you agree to the terms outlined herein, forming a binding agreement. Any credit card chargebacks or disputes will be fully contested using your bidding history, payment records, and acceptance of these auction terms. Attempting to reverse a valid transaction does not nullify your obligation to pay for items won.
