REMOVAL TERMS: The removal of all property is the responsibility of the buyer. Auctioneer does not provide personal for removal. All hand carried items may be taken out by the buyer or their representative with a paid receipt. All items that need to be disconnected, disassembled, crated and or loaded must be done so by a licensed and insured contractors including moving companies. A copy of the insurance must be provided to the auctioneer prior to removal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
