It is the buyer's responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from their inspection. All persons in attendance at this auction must be an adult. No one under 18 will be allowed on auction premises without adult supervision. No minors are permitted to bid in any auction. SITE Auction Services is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against SITE Auction Services or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
