Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. If you are sending someone to pick your items up they must have a copy of your invoice and an agent for Innovative Auctions Inc., must be contacted prior to pickup and informed that a third party is picking items up. Risk of Injury: Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his own risk along with anyone brought with you to assist with your removal. No person shall have any claim against the auctioneers, their agents, employees, sellers or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. Once you leave a removal/pickup we will consider all of your items picked up and we are not responsible for them. Any items left forgotten etc. at a home or our facility during a removal are considered abandon. All items need to be inspected before removing from property that they are being picked up. All items are being sold as-is with no warranty or guarantee. We can offer no help with item after it has been removed from property at all! We have no idea what has happened to purchases after they leave property!
