When you bid the absolute minimum bid on one item and win that item at $1 or less remember that items still needs to be shipped. Please do not buy 1 an item for $1 and expect us to cover part of your shipping costs because shipping came out higher than the cost of the item. Shipping costs have NOTHING to do with how low your invoice is on the items. Shipping cost are fixed and we can not do anything to change that. You will have to abide by all Federal Firearms Laws to receive your firearm. You will need to pickup your item. You will to have to pass the background check and abide by all other laws and regulations related to the sale of a firearm in order to receive the firearm purchased. There is also a $35.00 per gun fee for processing that will be charged by Vandalia Range and Armory at time of pickup. REMOVAL OF ITEMS- No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price, buyers premium and taxes are paid. All items must be removed within 20 days of purchase. The packaging, removal and loading of all items is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Items not picked up within 20 days for any reason will be considered abandoned property. NO refunds, credits or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal for any reason. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS within 20 days. Bidders who do not pickup their items or arrange shipping removal date will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment. Items will be sold to cover storage, moving and re-listing fees. Moreover, If you can not pass the background check or are unable to receive a firearm for any legal reason within 20 days of purchase you will only receive a refund of only 75% of the purchase price. We will keep 25% of purchase price for handling, re-listing fees and storage. Please! do not bid if you think you are not legally able to receive a firearm.
