Method of Sale: (Tract I) will be offered first with final bid multiplied by 79.84 surveyed acres. (Tract II) will be offered as final bid multiplied by 63.36 surveyed acres. (Tract III) will be sold in total dollars.
Terms: Non-refundable 15% down-payment day of auction per tract with remaining balance due the day of closing and possession. Current lease has been terminated, however tenants will have first right of refusal for the 2022 crop residue if desired. These farms are offered as a cash transaction and NOT subject to financing contingencies. Buyers will be required to execute a written agreement specifying these terms the day of auction. The sale is subject to Seller's confirmation.
Possession: (Tract I & II) will be granted at closing on or before February 1, 2023. (Tract III) will be granted at closing on or before January 20, 2023
