Preview & registration: If you plan to bid online you must register online, if you plan to bid in person you must register in person. Online registration and pre-bidding begins on June 27th. On-Site registration is free and is available on Monday, July 10th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST and Tuesday morning July 11th at 8am EST until the auction ends. Transaction fees: A 16% buyers premium applies to all winning bids made online. There is a 3% cash discount (cash/checks/wires). There is a $15 fee for wire transfers. Sales tax may be applied depending on the state laws of where you are bidding from. Additional times or days for removal are ONLY available by appointment. All items must be picked up by July 25th to avoid any storage fees. There is NO SHIPPING available, you are responsible to pick up your purchased items. All purchases must be paid in full before any item can be removed. Titles: If there is a title or prior registration, it will be noted in the auction catalog with a (T). Any paperwork provided to the buyer to show the motorcycles origins or historical significance does not guarantee street registration. All items are sold “as - is” we do not guarantee the year, description or condition. You are responsible to know what you are bidding on. We do not guarantee the contents of any lot. In the event of a tie bid the auctioneer may put the item back for bid between those buyers. Every item is sold to the highest bidder on auction day, with no minimum bids or reserve prices. Bids are irrevocable, and all sales are final. If you're the highest bidder when the auctioneer announces that an item has been sold, you are the new owner of that item, & expected to pay your invoice. *Everyone attending the auction and removing purchases does so at their own risk.
