All buyers must register with Bob Mitchell Auctioneers, Inc. All equipment will be sold as is. Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items. There will be a 4% buyers premium on all internet purchases with one exception; single ticket items purchased for $100,000 or more will be charged a 3% buyers premium. All payments will be made before leaving premises. Titles will be mailed within 14 days of the auction unless otherwise specified. Payments to be made through wire transfer the Monday following the Saturday auction.
