Bidder registration must be complete by 1:30 PM Wednesday, October 14, 2020, No Exceptions. Credit card is required to bid but is not an accepted form of payment. Neither the Auction Company nor the Seller is responsible in the event of loss of signal by either side.
INTERNET BIDDING TERMS OF THE AUCTION: 7% Buyers Fee Auction-Successful high bid plus the buyers fee equals the total price offered. Winning bidder is contractually bound and will enter into a Contract to Purchase immediately upon being declared the successful bidder by the auctioneer. Upon the close of the auction the winning bidder will be forwarded a Contract to Purchase via email. The signed copy must be returned to Jack Nitz & Associates before end of business, Friday, October 16, 2020. The Contract to Purchase may be hand delivered, scanned and emailed or sent overnight mail. $50,000.00 as earnest money per tract will be due upon acceptance of the Sales Contract by wire transfer or cashier's check - if paying by cashiers check please make it payable to Ambassador Title Services..
Bidding is not contingent upon financing, make all financing arrangements prior to the end of the bidding. The successful bidder is required to pay $50,000.00 as earnest money per tract with a cashier's check or by wire transfer. Upon accepted offer all earnest money becomes nonrefundable.
