FIREARM TERMS: All sales of firearms will be in accord with applicable federal state and local law and regulations. This may impact delivery to purchaser and may require certain registration requirements, especially as to regulated or certain automatic weapons or accessories.
Full Payment on ALL Firearms will be required at Conclusion of Auction. All Funds for Fully Automatic Machine Guns & Class 3 Transferable Firearms will be deposited into an Escrow Account & Held until successful transfer requirements have been met & weapon is ready for ownership transfer to successful purchaser. If for any reason that purchaser is not approved for transfer of firearm thru the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF), a 25% penalty will be charged to the purchaser & the balance will be returned after 25% penalty has been deducted from purchaser’s funds. If purchaser has not filed/submitted the proper paperwork to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF) for transfer within 12 months following the close of the Auction (May 2021), a 25% penalty will be deducted from purchasers funds & the remaining 75% will be returned to purchaser & the firearm will be resold by owner.
FULLY AUTOMATIC WEAPON TERMS: Possession and ownership is legal provided the weapons are properly registered and in compliance with federal law. This is a full auto rifle, suppressor, or other than firearm, requiring a NFA tax stamp per serialized item. Tax stamps are processed by the ATF, and can take upwards of one year to complete. We are listing these weapons only. The owner will work with your dealer in a timely fashion to transfer the weapons(s) to you. The owner will maintain physical possession until all paperwork has been approved by the ATF and proof of compliance is submitted. Once received the owner will arrange shipment of the properly registered weapon within 30 days. Following this process will reduce the overall wait time that would elapse with the weapon being transferred to us and then to your dealer, thus receiving the weapon quicker.
