Please note there are different shipping terms and prices for coins and firearms, so please read these terms in there entirety ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. Unless graded by a third party grading service, we do not attribute lots with official grades. We may describe items with adjectives, but this is only an opinion and the bidder must solely decide condition. All items must be paid in full prior to receiving the lot. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS. A valid credit card is required to be approved as a bidder at this auction. Please Note: The credit card on file will be charged within 24 hours of auction, unless otherwise agreed upon by Janzen Auctioneers and buyer. The only exception to this is the said buyer using a different credit card other than the one on file. Though we try to describe all items accurately and to the best of our knowledge, Janzen Auctioneers will not be held responsible for cataloging errors. Items won will be shipped using the US Postal Service, and all items will be shipped via insured or registered mail. An additional $15 charge will be added to invoices to cover shipping and handling costs. Shipping charges are subject to change depending on size and weight. Due to gun laws Janzen Auctioneers will not sell or ship to international bidders including Canada. All FFL's should be faxed to JJ's Guns (218) 545- 1827 please include your paddle number with it. Internet buyers may purchase a firearm without an FFL, but note that the Firearm will be shipped from an FFL dealer to an FFL dealer and said buyer must complete proper FFL forms from the FFL licensee in said buyer’s state, this includes handguns.
