Bidders are encouraged to request additional photos or measurements prior to bidding. Working conditions given for such items are stated at the time of description. Some items are sold as untested but may be in perfect working order.
BIDDING: Advances shall be regulated by the auctioneer and shall be at their discretion. He or she has the right to refuse any bids. Some of the items offered at auction are subject to a reserve. A reserve is a minimum price agreed upon by the consignor of the property and the auction house. The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor in order to reach the minimum sale amount. If the minimum amount is not reached, the auctioneer may pass the item. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of clients and vendors, but shall not be liable for errors or omissions in executing instructions to bid. All bidders are required to complete the registration and obtain a bidder number. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or offer the lot for resale. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid, or refuse to acknowledge any bidder. Buyers premium is applied to all items sold at auction. Sales tax will be applied according to federal, state, and local regulations.

RETURNS: All items are Sold "as-is" & are being sold in their current state without any guarantee and cannot be returned. If a guaranteed item is deemed not to be authentic by a panel of three competent authorities, a full refund of the purchase price and buyer's premium shall be the limit of liability of the auction company and or its representatives. No returns on items that bidder believed to be old, original, etc… but were not listed as such. Returns must be authorized and made within 10 days. No Chargebacks Allowed.
SHIPPING: We will ship from our facility. We charge actual shipping with a MINIMUM $5.00 handling charge. We will combine shipping to the best of our ability for safe & affordable shipping. Large items or Furniture may be picked up at our Ashland, KY Store or they may be shipped but the buyer will be responsible for contacting a third party shipper. Furniture & Large item(s) Not removed within 7 days will be charged a (Minimum $35) Storage Fee.
