Group of 2 United States Mint Set in Original Government Packaging! From 1968-1969 with 20 Coins Inside!. Group of 2 United State Mint Set from 1968-1969 included ...morea total of 20 coins struck at three different mint facilities. Each set comprised of Lincoln Cents (P, D, S), Jefferson Nickels (D, S), Roosevelt Dimes (P, D), Washington Quarters (P, D), and one Kennedy Half Dollar (D). Notably, the half dollar included in the set was struck in a composition of 40% silver. The Philadelphia Mint coins and the single Lincoln Cent struck at the San Francisco Mint were placed within a cellophane pack with a blue stripe and the Denver Mint coins were placed in a pack with a red stripe. The two were placed between sheets of light cardboard within a white envelope marked “19__ U.C.” with the Treasury Department address.

Sealed 2006 United States Mint Set in Original Government Shipped Box, Never Opened! 20 Coins Inside!. The 2006 Mint Set continued the use of the new satin finish ...morethat had been introduced for the product in the prior year. This year also marked the “Return to Monticello” for the Jefferson Nickel, which saw its original reverse design restored, paired with a new obverse design from Jamie Franki. Each set would include a total of 20 coins with a face value of $5.82. Satin finish examples from the Philadelphia and Denver Mints were included for the Sacagawea Dollar, Kennedy Half Dollar, Roosevelt Dime, Jefferson Nickel, and Lincoln Cent. Continuing to be a highlight of the annual coin set were the five State Quarters. The 2006 releases honored Nevada, Nebraska, Colorado, North Dakota, and South Dakota, which were the thirty-sixth to fortieth states to join the union. Packaging remained within a similar style with the coins included in four different mylar packs. Two represented coins from the Philadelphia Mint, while the other two represented coins from the Denver Mint. These were placed along with a certificate of authenticity into illustrated outer envelopes, which featured depictions of the Liberty Bell and the mountains of Colorado. Get your hands on this never opened 2006 mint set!

Each Set contains 5 Proof Coins, the Kennedy ...moreHalf, Washington Quarter, Roosevelt Dime, Jefferson Nickel, and Lincoln Cent. Each coin was struck at the San Francisco Mint and carried the “S” mint mark. The groups of five coins were placed in a rigid plastic holder with the coins held in place by a black plastic insert, the holder was placed into a blue cardboard box. Some 1971 Proof Sets contain the 1971 “No S” Proof Jefferson Nickel, trend pr69DCAM $3650. These has not been check. An estimated 1,655 of the “No S” coin were produced. Some coins may be encountered with a cameo or deep cameo finish.

Group of 2 United States Mint Set in Original Government Packaging! From 1995-1996 with 20 Coins Inside!. This set had been viewed as a key date to a complete coll...moreection of Mint Sets. The 1995 Mint Set included uncirculated examples of the circulating coins issued during the year from the Philadelphia and Denver Mints. The coins included the half dollar, quarter, dime, nickel, and cent. Additionally, there were two mint tokens included to represent each mint facility. The five coins and token from each mint facility were sealed within a separate pliofilm pack. Each coin was separate within its own compartment to prevent contact with the other coins. The two packs were placed within a vividly illustrated envelope marked “The 1995 United States Mint Uncirculated Coin Set”. The 1996 Mint Set was highlighted by the inclusion of a specially produced coin to mark the 50th anniversary of the Roosevelt Dime. As the coin was only available through the annual set. The 1996-W Roosevelt Dime was struck at the West Point Mint and carried the “W” mint mark. This extra coin was included in addition to the Kennedy Halves, Washington Quarters, Roosevelt Dimes, Jefferson Nickels, and Lincoln Cents struck at the Philadelphia and Denver Mints. The 1996-W dime was significant, because unlike the other coins it would not be issued for circulation. Packaging for the set highlighted the 50th anniversary of the Roosevelt Dime and the special 1996-W issue on the outer envelope, certificate of authenticity, and an additional insert.
