An alternate third-party shipper (UPS Store, Gilbertsville PA or other) will be utilized for oversized items at the discretion of the auction company. The auction company has no control over their fees for packing and shipping. A handling fee may be charged by the auction company to buyer for transport of the item(s) to the third-party shipper. Should the buyer’s credit card decline for packing and shipping (third-party or in-house), the Item(s) will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to auction company and/or seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the auction company and/or seller may resell item(s) and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal. Special Terms: For pick-up appointments you must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Bring help to load your items!
