Description

The Harley Davidson May Madness event will include a total of 7 sales. The first sale will be offered onsite and online, this sale will also include an inperson preview of the items to come in the following six sales in May of 2022.

Payment Instructions: After you receive your emailed invoice you may contact the auction company to make payment. If no contact is made, the auction company will contact you in 24 hours to collect payment. Payment will be collected on site if paying cash or check. If Paying with credit card or wire transfer you will need to make payment to the auction company. All wire transfers have a $50 fee. Credit card transactions will have an added 3% convenience fee.

Shipping Instructions: All items will be available for pick up beginning Friday Nov. 18th at 9 am to 5pm, Sat. Nov. 20th from 9 am to 12pm, No pick up is available on Sunday, And Monday Nov. 22nd from 9 am to 5 pm. No items may be loaded until after you have a paid receipt. The Card in file Will Not be charged directly following the sale. You will receive an emailed invoice from proxibid giving you a subtotal. You will receive a 2nd email giving you the option to self-pay with a credit card online. All credit card transactions will have a 3% convenience fee added. You may also pay with cash or check upon pick up. If items are not picked up with in 14 days of the sale ending 12/02/21, the buyer understands they will forfeit their items with payment.

Online bidding will be available on Proxibid. This Auction will be held Online Timed Only. All items will be available for pick up beginning Friday Nov. 18th at 9 am to 5pm, Sat. Nov. 20th from 9 am to 12pm, No pick up is available on Sunday, And Monday Nov. 22nd from 9 am to 5 pm. No items may be loaded until after you have a paid receipt.
