Hermes as marked on ricasso - 29.5" curved single edge cast steel blade, with single fuller- blade soft grey patina w/age freckling peppered throughout one side - blade true edge in Excellent condition having very little dings - blades back marked "Crown W 73" - obverse ricasso marked w/script "G" (representing "guss-stahl" case steel) - "D"-shaped knuckle bow, slotted for portepee - regiment marked crossguard "57.A.6.5." - dove-head pommel - composition grip - steel scabbard w/fixed hanger ring, also regiment marked "57.A.6.5", large dent above drag area on backside, retains dark patina - overall length 36"
