All bidders are encouraged to register early to get through the vetting process in time for the sale. If you are having trouble getting signed up for this sale, YOU will need to contact Proxibid, as we have NO control over their bidding platform. Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the number issued to them when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid. Registering through Proxibid requires a valid credit card as a security measure. All items sold as is where is. All announcements made at the auction shall supersede any prior advertising. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Kyle Kelso Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. ALL laws are followed by our FFL in regards to ALL guns. No guns will be given out on auction day. All guns will be on handed during the day of sale. All guns will be removed by our FFL and transported to his facility. NO paperwork will be done on the day of sale. All paper work will be done after the sale and solely between the buyer and FFL. A $30 trans fee will be charged on all guns. Shipping fees will be determined by the FFL. The FFL for this auction will be The Tac Shack of Monmouth IL.
