All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warranted. NO guarantees on ANY items. The best way to be sure an item is as stated is personal inspection. By you or by someone you trust. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. We reserve the right to reject any bids. There will be a 15% buyers premium on all items. We except cash, check, credit or debit card, wire transfer as forms of payment. ANYTHING over the 36" x 36" barrier will NOT BE SHIPPED. our 3rd party shipper will contact you directly with an invoice of your packing and shipping charges. If you do not pay your packing and shipping charges, your item(s) will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING is expensive. Packing is expensive. If you are not aware of the current packing and shipping prices, please do not bid. If you need a rough estimate, contact Copy, Pack & Post at 309-836-7447. You will need the size that is given on the catalog description and a rough weight. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer does not do any estimates on packing.
Preview Date & Times: Open house will be on Sept. 13th, 2024. Noon to 5:30pm.
Checkout Date & Times: NO ONLINE BUYER PICK UP ON AUCTION DAY!! Mon. Sept. 16th, 10:00am to 5:00pm is the pick up day and the ONLY day you can pay in person unless arrangements have been made with our office. Sept. 20th is the last possible day if arrangements are made.
