Payment Instructions: All payments are due in US funds by cash, Check, or Bank Wire Transfer at conclusion of auction. We need to have payment in our possession within 48 hours (two business days) and before any item leaves the auction site. We accept Debit and Credit Cards and we will charge a 4% fee for processing this method of payment. We prefer credit cards be used only for invoice purchases less than $4000. We appreciate wire transfers but will accept checks with a bank letter and from customers that we have on our approved list. Please use overnight letters to our office address. All monies including the buyers premium for this auction will be paid directly to Leaman Auctions Ltd. We reserve the right to hold any purchases till payments clear. If we don't know you and you want to load the next day you need to use a wire transfer. We will charge a 4% fee for processing credit card payments and prefer credit cards be used for invoice purchases less than $4000.

Shipping Instructions: For items less than 150 lbs that meet their dimensional requirements we will be shipping by UPS or USPS at cost plus a fee for packaging. For items that are truck freight and needing palatalized there will be a minimum fee of $50. FOR LARGE ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT; Seller and Auction company will assist in loading out of equipment. There is no charge for help on a "normal" load out. Buyer agrees to indemnify and will hold harmless Leaman Auctions Ltd. and the seller against all liability, loss, cost, damages and other expenses arising from loading out on the buyers behalf. Tear down time and any extra costs accumulated will be charged to the buyer and collected when the truck is loaded. HOWEVER, Longer term storage is available w/ arrangements. Do not hold back on your interest in an item over fear of shipping time requirements.

This machine was not used more than 100 hrs since fall of 2013. This tractor is in very nice condition, lots of life left in the undercarriage, very clean inside, Owner basically became a one man operation and went into semi-retirement. Is pictured on the tires because that was how owner wanted to clean the tracks before loading for the auction site. Did not want mud on the tracks!

(THIS CAR WILL BE SOLD AT 12 NOON) 1969 Camaro RS, 350, auto, factory air, estate car, bought new and driven by current owners dec'd mother and is showing 62805 miles, family says this is the original mileage, title has been transferred to daughter in last 30 days and is in hand, ready to transfer, white in color, Black vinyl top and black interior, electric windows, buckets and floor console, nice condition, car has been setting under roof and under a car cover for several years, starts, runs and lot drives; Has not been on the road for a few years. In cleaning up the car they have found a bundle of the service records and documentation of the mileage when each repair or service was done. It all strengthens the family's claim as to the history of the car.
PLEASE LOOK AT THE LAST PICTURE IN THE SEQUENCE OF PHOTO'S, WE POSTED THIS TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF THE STATED MILEAGE ON THE "NEW" TITLE. Mrs Price went to the DMV a few weeks ago to put the car from her mother's estate into her name. The mileage showing on the new title is 120,000 and was noticed a couple of days ago, There is no reason that we can find for that mileage to have been placed on the title, and Mrs Price has spent much time trying to get it corrected; She has decided its not worth any more effort. "If the new buyer wishes to deal with DMV they are welcome to the task" The car is selling as is, with the title as it reads. In fairness to you the bidder we want this to be a known condition of the item and the sale. Our apologies for not getting this information out quicker. We do not believe it effects the cars value much, if at all, and the receipts found in the car provide a good argument for the mileage as the family has represented the car!

As of Thursday the 8th of March and after our people spent time inspecting the car, studying the receipts and discovering some new paper work in in the glove box. We have found reason to believe that the mileage probably is 162,800. Mrs Price inherited this car and believes the history as we have presented it in the previous adds. We welcome you to come and inspect this car. It still is a very desirable car!
