Payment Instructions: All payments are due in US funds by cash, Check, or Bank Wire Transfer at conclusion of auction. We need to have payment in our possession within 48 hours (two business days) and before any item leaves the auction site. We accept Debit and Credit Cards and we will charge a 5% fee for processing this method of payment. We prefer credit cards be used only for invoice purchases less than $4000. We appreciate wire transfers but will accept checks with a bank letter and from customers that we have on our approved list. Please use overnight letters to our office address. All monies including the buyers premium for this auction will be paid directly to Leaman Auctions Ltd. We reserve the right to hold any purchases till payments clear. If we don't know you and you want to load the next day you need to use a wire transfer. We will charge a 5% fee for processing credit card payments and prefer credit cards be used for invoice purchases less than $4000. Buyers Premium is 4%

Shipping Instructions: For items less than 150 lbs that meet their dimensional requirements we will be shipping by UPS or USPS at cost plus a fee for packaging. For items that are truck freight and needing palatalized there will be a minimum fee of $50. For toys and manuals, shipping cost will be actual cost plus $5.00 for handling. FOR LARGE ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT; Seller and Auction company will assist in loading out of equipment. There is no charge for help on a "normal" load out. Buyer agrees to indemnify and will hold harmless Leaman Auctions Ltd. and the seller against all liability, loss, cost, damages and other expenses arising from loading out on the buyers behalf. Tear down time and any extra costs accumulated will be charged to the buyer and collected when the truck is loaded. HOWEVER, Longer term storage is available w/ arrangements. Do not hold back on your interest in an item over fear of shipping time requirements.

Was owned by the "Farmer Brothers" here locally for first 10/12 years and is now owned by a local gent that does not have time to pull any more. It is on 9 bolt hubs and 18" wide steel rims,with 18 x 38" rear tires. It is a competitive tractor.

1974 IH Loadstar 1700 sold new by H E Martin in Lancaster, Pa. only approx 15,000 mile was originally the Refton Fire Co's Truck is lime green in color and has no rust, New with a 392 which has been replaced in recent years by a professionally rebuilt 345 and it was sold new with an Allison Auto trans and front wheel drive.
It is a NOW a 2WD truck. The truck was originally a 4WD set up but the housings have been gutted by the current owner, better gas mileage and will turn shorter than original, The posted pictures were taken about 2 years ago and the truck has weathered and gotten a bit dull and is dusty/dirty from setting around. Sells with a ride and drive if you don't like it better than your money when you inspect it here, we will refund your money!

1991 Feather Light "Touch of Class" 22' gooseneck style horse trailer, Ramp loading from both side's and the rear, is Fully enclosed with vent windows and swing open door sections, It is 102 wide and 9 ft tall, in nice condition but has side walls constructed of FRP panels. There are a few that are showing signs of softening, flexing or just weakness. The frame is excellent and it has torsion flex axles of some sort. The floor seems usable but is also to be made of FRP
