YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Please call or email if you desire additional photos or description.
Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion.
We are not authenticators and thus NONE of the items have been authenticated. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your own expertise when bidding. We encourage you to ask us for more information if you seek further clarity.
PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases within 24 hours of the end of sale. Please ensure the account number and expiration date are accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. USPS money orders or checks, which must clear before item is released, are also accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT PA 18330
NON-PAYING BIDDERS: As a courtesy and responsibility to bidders who follow the rules, and the platform, auction company, and our consignors, after 72 hours post-sale and three processing attempts, NPBs will be reported to Proxibid as such. At that time, bidding privileges are suspended.
SHIPPING OR PICKUP: Pickup in person for any item is welcomed; if you wish to arrange pickup, please contact us within 24 hours following the sale. Otherwise, all non-firearm/ammo items are shipped through The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA, at buyer expense. The UPS Store gladly will provide an estimate of the shipping cost at your request. The UPS Store will contact winning bidders directly in the days/week after the sale for delivery timing and payment. The UPS Store professionally packages, insures, and ships your valuables. Quality packaging and shipping is not inexpensive, and we have no control over prices charged for these services. Any questions regarding items to be shipped via The UPS Store should be directed to them. Items will be delivered to The UPS Store within 2-3 business days following the auction.

Detailed Dovehead Roon Pattern Sword
Lot # 1 (Sale Order: 2 of 327)
No maker name seen by us, may be covered by the oil.
Lots of scrolling detail throughout the blade.
Handle is wire wrapped and in good overall condition as you can see. It does have a crack in the grip as shown.
Overall a very nice find, older edged weapon, ready to collect.

Eickhorn Roon Sword with Scabbard
Lot # 2 (Sale Order: 3 of 327)
Blade is clean and damage free as shown.
Black celluloid wire wrapped handle is in very good damage free condition although some of the twisted three wire strands have moved. The guard and back guard are plain, along with the pommel. Retains original leather throat guard.
Includes metal black painted scabbard. Very good condition as you can see, no major dents, or drag damage. Scabbard has one hanger ring.
Both come together nicely with no wobble.

Antelope Antler and Boar Tusk German SS Walking Cane

Boar tusk is white and damage free. Joined nicely to antelope antler, no wobble.
SS rune medallion has been added to this walking cane. Rubber end piece added to tip.
Likely postwar production but possibly made in theater, you be the judge.
Great look and feel to this.

The other is an Iron Cross pin with condition issues, no makers mark.
We found them together so that is how they will stay.
