Payment: The credit card that you have on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately following closing of auction so please make sure funds are available immediately. A link for appointment sign-ups will be sent out following the auction. Pick up is in Boyertown PA. Limited Shipping: No shipping on large, odd sized, hazardous content, or full (liquid) items. No glassware shipping. Please see descriptions. PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING! If shipping is available, an option of in-house shipping is available (at the discretion of the auction company) for $10 per box packaging fee plus insurance and shipping charges. Larger items may have an additional packing fee. You will receive notification asking if you want shipping. An alternate third-party shipper (UPS Store, Gilbertsville PA or other) will be utilized for select oversized items at the discretion of the auction company. The auction company has no control over their fees for packing and shipping. A handling fee may be charged by the auction company to buyer for transport of the item(s) to the third-party shipper. Should the buyer’s credit card decline for packing and shipping (third-party or in-house), the item(s) will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to auction company and/or seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the auction company and/or seller may resell item(s) and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal. Special Terms: For pick-up appointments you must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Bring help to load your items! Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. Auction crew is not available to assist on removal - bring help. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items are to be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time. NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location. If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. In addition, payment must be made to third party shipper within one week of shipper contact, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds. The auction is being conducted online based in Berks County Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in Berks County PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller, or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in Berks County PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of Berks County PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the Auction, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Berks County Pennsylvania. Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
