Description
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
15% Buyer premium per item $1 - $1000
10% Buyer premium per item $1001 & up
All items sold “AS IS- WHERE IS – NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES”
Payment must be made directly to LUTZ AUCTION SERVICE, either in person at the
auction yard, or by telephone at 830-426-1696. Credit cards can be accepted over
the telephone. Any use of a credit card will incur a 5% convenience fee.
All payments must be received by LUTZ AUCTION SERVICE within 72 hours (3
days) after sale day. Late fees of 10% of invoice balance will apply daily for any
balance outstanding after the 72 hour period.
Loading assistance (equipment and personnel) will be available on sale day plus
the next 7 days, 8:00am to 5:00pm. All purchased items must be paid for and
removed from the auction yard by the end of the 7 day loading period, otherwise
a late fee of $50 per day will be incurred. If special arrangements must be made,
buyer must contact LUTZ AUCTION at 830-426-1696 after sale day.
