Payment Instructions: Payment will be made by Cash, Check or Credit Card. There is a 5% cash discount if items are picked up and paid for by cash or check. Credit cards can be charged at time of pickup or will be charged once we have notification if you are having your items shipped. All large items and furniture are Pick Up Only. All items if the buyer wants them shipped will be sent via FedEx or USPS. All shipping charges are the buyers responsible and their cost. Due to the type of items being sold we will be charging $10.00 per shipping box to your total shipping cost, this is for boxes, peanuts, bubble wrap and other shipping supplies. The buyer can choose to have a shipping company pickup and remove items purchased at buyers expense. Viewing times are Monday & Tuesday January 28th & 29th from 2:00PM to 5:00PM and Saturday February 2nd from 10:00AM to 1:00PM Pickup dates are Monday February 4th from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Tuesday & Wednesday February 5th & 6th from 8:00am to 5:00pm. All items need to be removed by Wednesday February 6th unless arrangements have been made with auction company prior to the end of the auction.
