This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium On All Items. There Is A 5% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment.

Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost. If items are large or 'hard to ship' we may take them to a location for them to professionally packaged. LLC., will always try and ship your items at the lowest cost to you the buyer, even if it takes two or three or more boxes to ship your items. Property is open to thorough public inspection.
