Special Terms

Buyer's Premium will be 5% (per item). An additional 4% will be added for Credit Card Payments. 6% Sales Tax will be charged unless you can sign a valid tax exemption. We honor "farmer" exemptions on "farm machinery" only. Out of state buyers will be subject to sales tax unless you use a 3rd party freight trucker & supply us with a BOL from that company. There will be a $30 title fee on ALL titled vehicles. Titles will be mailed out 2 weeks after sale on Oct. 31st.
