Payment Instructions: Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Your credit card will be charged immediately following the close of the auction for the total hammer price plus a 15% Buyer's Premium. Your credit card will be charged a second time for applicable transfer fees and shipping costs, as described below. All payments will be processed through APN (Auction Payment Network), a secure payment system and subsidiary of Proxibid. There will be an extra $50 Inconvenience Fee added to your bill for declined credit cards. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he / she initiate a chargeback on his or her credit card. Shipping Instructions: The Buyer will pay all shipping costs plus a $20 transfer fee per gun. Buyers must contact Jeff Drake at the Dixie Gun House at 828-697-3006. Buyers may also email Jeff at sales@dixiegunhouse.com. Buyers must provide a valid FFL before the gun(s) will be shipped. Failure to provide a valid FFL will not generate a refund of any invoiced costs. All firearms are required to be shipped to a FFL. Local Buyers may contact Mark White and Associates within 48 hours of the close of the sale to arrange for pickup. Winning items left over 30 days from the close of the auction will be considered abandoned in place and will be subject to resale. No refunds or compensation will be issued. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES. Thank you for your patronage.
