All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or guarantees whatsoever (expressed or implied). 6% sales tax charged on all purchases with agricultural use exemption available. Online bidders must register through proxibid.com. Online bidding purchases subject to 8% buyer’s premium with a 4% discount for payments made with cash, check, money order, or wire transfer. Payment must be made within 5 days of the auction. Items may not be removed from auction grounds until payment is received in full. All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction (no later than December 19).
