PICKUPS at our Ringwood NJ location will be scheduled by SignUp Genius through your email on file with Proxibid. Please check that all of your account information is valid when you sign up for the auction! LOOK for the SignUp Genius email, following the auction. The first PickUp Slots will be 11am on Friday following the auction. Questions? If items are not picked up within 30 days, they may be resold, with no refund to the original bidder. Special arrangements for large orders or certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction. Box/Handling Fee (shipping only) - This fee covers materials and time needed to package your items safely including (and not limited to) boxes, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, foam packaging, tape, labels, etc. We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per item, which will be incurred starting 14 days after original invoice was sent.
