Payment Instructions: The credit card you use to register on Proxibid will be charged the full amount of your purchase at the conclusion of the auction including a buyer's premium of 15%. If your total invoice is $3,000 or more, it must be paid by wire transfer -- NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping Instructions: Your credit card will be charged two different times. Immediately following the conclusion of the auction, your credit card will be charged for the total of your invoice (purchase price plus 15% buyer's premium.) It will then be charged again for the actual shipping & insurance cost PLUS a $10.00 handling fee per package. This charge will occur when your item is shipped, which is usually no more than two weeks following the auction. We will put as much as we can safely pack into each package. All items will be shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR TOTAL INVOICE IS $3,000. OR MORE, YOU MUST PAY VIA WIRE TRANSFER OR CASH -- NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU CAN THEN PAY THE SHIPPING/INSURANCE/HANDLING FEE WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ONCE WE HAVE THAT AMOUNT FIGURED.

Checkout Date & Times: Live bidders pay in full day of auction. Online bidders total under $3,000. credit card will be charged at auction conclusion. Online bidders total invoice $3,000. or more must pay via wire transfer or cash no later than Monday, April 4.

If buyer is picking up winning bids, all purchases must be removed by 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
