1. All items are sold as is where is. The is no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINALS. There will be NO REFUNDS. 2. All announcements made on auction day supersede all past announcements 3. The auctioneer makes no guaranty that any items sold today conform to any safety standards, or are of a age, make, model or condition as listed in our catalog and encourages all bidders to do their own research and bid accordingly. 4. If you are the highest bidder when item is announced sold you are now the owner of said item, even though you may not have paid for it yet. The items is the sole responsibility of you, the bidder from this point on and assumes all risk of loss or damage. 5. Should any disputes arise between one or more bidders, the auctioneer has the sole opinion to sell the item to the highest bidder or put the item up for sale again. 6. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bids he or she decides. 7. Any invoices under $10,000 must be paid in full the day of the sale. Any amount greater than $10,000, you must leave a 10% deposit and pay the full balance in 3 business days. 8. An invoice that exceeds past 3 business days will result in collection procedures. 9. NO PURCHASES MAY BE REMOVED FROM AUCTION SITE UNTIL THE INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS. 10. All titles will be processed and mailed out within 4 weeks of auction sale date. No titles will be given out on auction day. You will be contacted by phone as to who you want the title and address filled out and will be sent certified USPS. All titles will be completed in full to the registered buyer only. NO EXCEPTIONS. 11. All non-registerable items sold will be subject to Massachusetts state tax rate of 6.25% Unless provided a tax exemption form. 12. All purchases must be picked up and removed within 7 Days. NO EXCEPTIONS. 13. Any small items remaining after 7 days will become the property of the auctioneer. Regardless if paid in full. 14. Any large item remaining after 7 days will be charged a $100 late fee per day until removed. If not removed in 30 days, said item will become the property of the auctioneer. Regardless if paid in full. 15. Bidders acknowledge responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, his or her agents, and further agrees to old North Country Auctions harmless from any personal injury to themselves, their property or agents attending the auction with registrant. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or adult and are under the sole responsibility of said adult. 16. North Country Auctions is exempt from any liability connected with the transport and removal of purchases and future uses of equipment purchased on the auction’s ale date. 17. NORTH COUNTRY AUCTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. 18. North Country Auctions will assist in the best of their abilities to load bidders. No purchases will be loaded without paid receipt. 19. North Country Auctions is not liable for any damages loaded under direction of the bidder.
