Then, your card will be charged again, for the shipping and handling cost. -If you live within the Portland/Salem metro area, we assume you wish to pick up your items. Pickups are available by appointment. We appreciate your support. If you live outside of the local area we will ship your items to you. Your credit card will automatically be charged for shipping once the actual costs have been calculated. Shipping is handled in house, please email for any shipping questions. -Shipping is only provided for smaller items -- not furniture, especially heavy, or over-sized items; buyers must make their own freight arrangements for these items. -All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof. -By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone. -Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser. -The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by texting or calling (503)991-0256.
