If your card on file is declined, you will be charged a $10.00 inconvenience fee. As our staff will need to reach out to you, and take a payment over the phone. Your card on file through Proxibid will be charge a second time if you wish us to ship your item(s) for any and all shipping costs.

Then, your card will be charged again, for the shipping and handling cost. -If you live within the Portland/Salem metro area, we assume you wish to pick up your items. Pickups are available by appointment. We appreciate your support. If you live outside of the local area we will ship your items to you. Shipping is handled by the Newberg Mail Room -- please only call them for your shipping tracking number.
