If you do not pay through the invoice, your card that was registered to bid with will be AUTOMATICALLY ran 24 hours after the close of the auction. -If you are located in Oregon or Washington, we will assume you wish to pick up in person. Anyone located outside of these states we will assume you wish to have your items shipped. -Shipping is only provided for smaller items and smaller lots -- NOT furniture, especially heavy, or over-sized items; buyers must make their own freight arrangements for these items. We are not liable for any acts of omission in packaging or shipping. We will arrange for packing and shipping at our earliest possible convenience. By registering for a bidding number, either in person, online or when placing an absentee, telephone you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied. -There is no charge for Registration, but Nest Egg Auction requires a valid driver's license, and agreement to all Terms & Conditions. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof. -By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone. -Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser. -The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by emailing us at nesteggestatesales@gmail.com. Please look at the pictures as this is the actual lot you will receive. It is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to make that determination in regards to condition of the items.
