If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Your registered credit card will be charged twice. Once, within 24 hours of completion of the auction, for the items you have purchased. Then, your card will be charged again, for the shipping and handling cost. -If we do not hear from you 6pm 12/7/20, we will assume you wish us to ship to you. Online purchasers are responsible for all shipping and transport charges, if they chose not to pick their item up in person. -If you live within the Portland/Salem metro area, we assume you wish to pick up your items. Pickups are available by appointment. Purchases need to be picked up by 6pm Monday December 7th. We have a FULL auction house and need all won lots to be picked up by the end of the day on December 7th! We appreciate your support. If you live outside of the local area we will ship your items to you. Your credit card will automatically be charged for shipping once the actual costs have been calculated. Shipping is handled by the Newberg Mail Room -- please only call them for your shipping tracking number. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied. -There is no charge for Registration, but Nest Egg Auction requires a valid driver's license, and agreement to all Terms & Conditions. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof. -By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone. -Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser. -The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by texting or calling (503)991-0256/(503)383-8429.
